Alcolock GB was established in 2006 with the principal aim of assisting fleet operators and individuals with the management of drink-drive activities by promoting the use of Alcolock 500 breathalyser interlock system.

Established by the joint Managing Directors David Whittock and Simon Aldridge, Alcolock GB offers a full and comprehensive service.

If your company or organisation does not have an alcohol at work policy, then this is the first thing which is needed and we can happily assist with achieving this. Once your policy is in place the next step is to agree what is required from an equipment point of view.

We offer a full support service with installation taking place at customers' premises and a 24/7 helpline.

The company has offices near the picturesque University Cities of Cambridge and Bath.

Lion Laboratories are one of the world leaders in the development and manufacture of breathalyser technology. They work closely with the UK Home Office and provide breathalysers to police forces throughout the world.

The electronics side of the project is managed by the South African electronics company PFK Electronics. PFK are one of the World's leading companies in electronic immobilizers and vehicle security systems and supply on an OE basis electronic products to a number of the major car manufacturers such as Volkswagen and Proton.

Communication & Positioning

Tiso Electronics have designed GPS positioning and GSM communication devices for both the automotive and personal markets since 2006, and their electrical manufacturing sister company has been trading for over 10 years. They also provide software development services and have created the reporting website for Alcolock GB products.

The combined workforce of the four organisations to back up the Alcolock 500 development and manufacture is 760 staff.
