Once the Alcolock system is ordered, our operations deparment will phone you to set up a time to install the product, which can be during the day, night or weekend, depending on the schedule of your vehicles.

In the unlikely event of you having a problem with the system the Alcolock helpline
(0845 3881214) is available 24hrs a day 7 days a week.

By quoting the system serial number we will be able to access information relating to your Alcolock such as location of the immobilizer within the vehicle.

The product comes with a full 12 month warranty and if the service schedules are kept up to date, we will continue to renew it accordingly.
